Canon has unveiled a slew of new equipment, including some new cameras:
Canon EOS-1Ds Mark III
Canon EOS 40D
Canon PowerShot G9
Canon PowerShot SD870 IS
Canon PowerShot SD950 IS
and some new lenses too:
A redesigned Mark II version of the 14 mm F2.8 L USM
New image-stabilising lenses 18-55 mm IS and 55-250 mm IS
Particularly welcome for pro-shooters needing a compact camera is the return of RAW to the PowerShot series in the new G9. Initially leaked by Amazon, Rob Galbraith and DPReview now have all the specs….
